By accessing or using Ventyy’s Services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms, which are applicable to you based on your usage. Thank you for choosing Ventyy. We are committed to providing you with exceptional event experiences and look forward to assisting you throughout your journey on our platform.
Disclaimer: Ventyy is not liable for any payments or financial transactions conducted between hosts and freelancers. All payment arrangements, including terms and conditions, are the sole responsibility of the involved parties.
1. Definitions:
a) "Platform" refers to the website, mobile application, or any other digital platform operated by Ventyy that facilitates the creation, promotion, and management of events, as well as the interaction between users.
b) "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the platform, including hosts, attendees, and freelancers.
c) "Host" refers to a user who creates and organizes an event on the platform, whether as an individual, business, organization, or other legal entity.
d) "Attendee or Buyer " refers to a user who book tickets or registers to attend an event on the platform, regardless of the event type or tier.
e) "Freelancer" refers to a user who offers their skills, services, or expertise for hire and applies for gigs posted by hosts on the platform.
f) "Gig" refers to a job or task posted by a host seeking freelancers to fulfill specific event-related roles.
g) "Event" refers to a planned gathering, celebration, performance, or other organized activity created by a host and made available for attendees to participate in or attend.
2. Ventyy's Offerings and Function
2.1. Purpose of our Platform
Ventyy serves as a comprehensive platform designed to empower event creators, attendees, and freelancers. Our services facilitate the seamless creation, management, and engagement of events and gigs. Hosts can leverage our platform to efficiently organize and oversee events, while also posting gigs to enlist the services of talented freelancers. Attendees gain access to a diverse range of events, and freelancers can showcase their skills by applying for relevant gigs.
2.2. Our Position and Functionality
a) It is crucial to acknowledge that Ventyy does not assume the role of event host or proprietor for the events or gigs featured on our platform. We do not directly sell event tickets, registrations, or associated merchandise. Rather, we provide a robust platform that empowers hosts to efficiently manage event details, ticketing, and registrations, while also enabling them to engage freelancers through gig postings.
b) As a host, you bear the responsibility of ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines for your event. It is your duty to deliver an exceptional event experience that aligns with attendee expectations. Attendees, in turn, book such as tickets or registrations in accordance with the terms and conditions established by the host.
c) For gigs posted by hosts, freelancers are invited to apply and offer their specialized services. Hosts retain the discretion to select freelancers based on their qualifications and suitability for the gig. Any contractual agreements or arrangements pertaining to services, compensation, and delivery are the sole responsibility of the involved parties.
d) Our overarching goal is to provide a robust platform that facilitates successful event creation, seamless attendance, and fruitful gig participation. Should you require any assistance or have inquiries, our dedicated support team is readily available to guide and support you throughout your Ventyy journey.
3. Protection of User Privacy and Information
3.1 Compliance with Privacy Policy
At Ventyy, we prioritize the protection and security of your personal data. We strictly adhere to our Privacy Policy, which outlines our commitment to handling and safeguarding the personal information you provide or that we collect through Ventyy's platform.
3.2 User Responsibilities:
As a user on Ventyy, it is essential that you consistently comply with all applicable local, state, provincial, national, and other relevant laws, rules, and regulations when it comes to handling user information. This includes data collected from or received about users or other individuals. Furthermore, you are expected to adhere to any applicable policies posted by us on the platform regarding the collection and use of user information.
By upholding these guidelines, we collectively contribute to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of user information within the Ventyy community.
4. Third-Party Links and Websites
Ventyy's Services may contain links or references to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not owned or controlled by Ventyy. These links are provided for your convenience and do not signify our endorsement of the content, products, services, or practices of any third party.User acknowledges and agrees that Ventyy is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any third-party websites or resources. We do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such third-party websites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Ventyyshall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any third-party websites or resources.
5. Term and Termination
5.1. Applicability of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Ventyy's Services from the moment you access them through any means. They will remain in effect until terminated. In the event of termination, certain provisions outlined in Section 4.4 will continue to apply. Additionally, please note that dual creation of accounts is strictly prohibited, and engaging in such activity may result in account termination.
5.2. Termination
a) Grounds for Termination
Your access to Ventyy's Services may be terminated in the following circumstances:
i. Failure to comply with these Terms of Service may result in termination of your account and access to the Services.
ii. Engaging in unauthorized or fraudulent activities, including but not limited to unauthorized use of another user's account, hacking, or attempting to circumvent security measures, may lead to immediate termination.
iii. Violation of Ventyy's policies, including the Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, or any other posted policies, may result in the termination of your account and access to the Services.
iv. Engaging in illegal activities on or through the Ventyy platform, such as promoting or facilitating illegal content, infringing intellectual property rights, or engaging in unlawful behavior, will lead to immediate termination.
v. Any actions that harm the Ventyy community, including harassment, discrimination, or any other behavior that creates an unsafe or hostile environment, may result in the termination of your account.
vi. Creating multiple accounts for fraudulent or deceptive purposes, or attempting to circumvent restrictions or limitations, is strictly prohibited and may result in termination.
b) Termination Process
In the event of termination, Ventyy will provide reasonable notice, where possible, to the affected user. However, Ventyy reserves the right to terminate your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or its users.
c) Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Services, including all associated data, features, and content, will be discontinued. You will no longer have the ability to create or participate in events, gigs, or other activities facilitated by Ventyy.
d) Survival of Provisions
Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, indemnification obligations, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
e) Right to Appeal
If you believe your account has been terminated in error or wish to appeal the termination, you may contact Ventyy's support team to submit an appeal. Ventyy will review the appeal in a timely manner and may reinstate your account if appropriate.
6. Jurisdiction:
a) Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the use of Ventyy's Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
b) Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the use of Ventyy's Services shall be filed exclusively in the federal or state courts located within the jurisdiction where Ventyy'sheadquarters are located.
c) You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
7. Community Guidelines
7.1. Respect and Professionalism
We are committed to fostering a respectful, professional, and inclusive environment for all users of Ventyy. Treat fellow community members with kindness, empathy, and courtesy. Engaging in personal attacks, harassment, or discriminatory behavior—whether based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic—is strictly prohibited. We value diversity and encourage interactions that promote mutual understanding and respect.
7.2. Appropriate Content
Ensure that any content you post on Ventyy is appropriate and aligned with the purpose of the platform. The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

• Sexual Content: Sharing explicit sexual content, nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit language.

• Harassment and Bullying: Engaging in harassment, cyberbullying, or targeted abuse of others.
• Illegal Activities: Promoting or encouraging any illegal activities, including drug use, violence, or fraudulent practices.
• Graphic or Violent Content: Posting content that includes graphic violence or disturbing imagery.
• Spam and Scams: Engaging in spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities, including any attempts to scam or deceive others.
• Misinformation and Fake News: Spreading false information, rumors, or conspiracy theories that could harm individuals or communities.
• Copyright Infringement: Sharing copyrighted material without proper authorization or the rightful owner's permission.
• Unlawful or Harmful Content: Posting content that promotes violence, self-harm, suicide, or content violating laws and regulations.
7.3. Reporting and Removal Mechanism

If you encounter any content or behavior that violates these Community Guidelines or makes you feel unsafe, please report it immediately using the platform’s reporting feature. The report will be reviewed by our team, and appropriate actions will be taken, including the potential removal of content, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of accounts found in violation. We are committed to ensuring the safety and integrity of the Ventyy community and will take swift action to address any violations.
7.4. Privacy and Confidentiality
Respect the privacy of others by refraining from sharing personal information, such as contact details, addresses, or financial information, without explicit consent. Be cautious when discussing sensitive or confidential matters and safeguard the privacy of your own data. Do not share private information on the platform unless it is necessary and permitted.
7.5. Responsible Conduct
Use Ventyy in a responsible and ethical manner. Avoid disruptive actions or practices that could compromise the functionality of the platform or the user experience. Do not impersonate others, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the platform. Ensure that your use of the platform aligns with its intended purpose.
7.6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
You are required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations when using Ventyy. This includes, but is not limited to, abiding by data protection and privacy laws. Any illegal activities or actions that infringe on others' rights are prohibited.
7.7. Continuous Improvement
We value your feedback as it helps us improve the platform and create a better community experience. Please feel free to provide suggestions, comments, and ideas on how we can enhance the Ventyy platform. We are committed to continuous improvement and ensuring that Ventyy remains a space that serves the needs of our diverse user base.
Failure to adhere to these Community Guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a professional and respectful environment for everyone. Let’s work together to build a positive and thriving community!
8. Ventyy's Rights
a) Ventyy provides its Services to Event Hosts and users on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Ventyy strives to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and functionality of its platform, we cannot guarantee that all issues or inquiries brought to our attention will be resolved or addressed in a timely manner. However, we are committed to making our best efforts to resolve as many issues as possible.
b) Ventyy shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of its Services, including but not limited to:
i. Any disruptions, interruptions, or unavailability of the platform.
ii. Any errors, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies in the event listings, including event details, ticket availability, pricing, or descriptions.
iii. Any actions, omissions, or conduct of Event Hosts, Freelancers, or Attendee including their failure to meet the requirements, expectations, or obligations outlined in the event listings.
iv. Any disputes, conflicts, or issues arising between Event Hosts and attendees or other users.
v. Any changes or modifications made by Event Hosts to the event location, nature, or any other relevant aspects without proper notification to attendees or relevant parties.
vi. Any failure of Event Hosts to comply with applicable laws, regulations, permits, licenses, or safety guidelines.
c) Event Hosts acknowledge that Ventyy does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of the events hosted on its platform. Event Hosts are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as providing accurate and reliable event information.
d) In no event shall Ventyy or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
9.1. Cancellation Policy:
The three options are as follows:
a) No Cancellation: All events and tickets are free, and there is no provision for event ticket cancellation or refund, as no costs are incurred.
b) Free Cancellation: This option allows attendees to cancel their tickets without incurring any charges. As events are free, no refund is necessary.
c) Fee Cancellation: Not applicable, as all events and tickets are free.
9.2. Refunds and Cancellation Charges:
a) As all tickets are free, refunds or cancellation charges are not applicable.
b) Hosts should clearly communicate the free nature of the event and the non-existence of any refund or cancellation fees.
c) Users (hosts and attendees) are solely responsible for processing cancellations or deletions.
d) Upon cancellation, the tickets will be reallocated without any financial transactions.
e) Not applicable, as there are no fees involved.
f) Not applicable, as the ticket price is zero.
g) Transaction fees or service charges do not apply, as all events are free.
9.3. Cancelled Tickets
Upon cancellation of a ticket, the cancelled tickets will be made available for other users to claim, ensuring efficient ticket utilization and opportunities for interested individuals.
9.4. Cancellation Policy Agreement:
a) Attendees must acknowledge and accept the cancellation terms when participating in the event, recognizing the absence of any associated costs.
b) The event host is responsible for communicating that all events are free, and there are no cancellation fees or refunds.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. User Ownership and Licenses Granted.
Users bear full responsibility for their Content and Trademarks. By utilizing Ventyy, users grant Ventyy a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right and license to access, use, reproduce, transmit, adapt, modify, perform, display, distribute, translate, publish, and create derivative works based on
a) User Content, either in its entirety or in part, across all media platforms, including but not limited to:
i. Facilitating the operation of Ventyy's Services, encompassing promotional and marketing activities. This includes promoting users and their Ventyy events on third-party websites, media platforms, event distribution providers, and Ventyy's social media properties.
ii. Utilizing User Content for Ventyy's internal purposes, such as employee and shareholder communications.
iii. With explicit user permission, utilizing User Content to promote Ventyy or its Services.
b) Ventyy's Trademarks:
i. In connection with the use of User Content.
ii. For the purpose of identifying users as current or former customers of Ventyy. This identification may occur within the Services, as well as in marketing, advertising, and promotional materials.
c) User Content or trademark
It is important to note that Ventyy does not claim ownership of users' Content or Trademarks. These licenses are necessary for Ventyy to provide the Services and support users' Ventyy events effectively. For instance, if users submit event logos or images, Ventyymay display them on the website, resize or enhance them for optimal presentation on the platform, or use them in marketing tools to promote users' Ventyy events. Additionally, details from users' events may be featured in blogs, case studies, or shareholder letters to highlight the impact of their Ventyy events.
d) Moral Rights
Users acknowledge and waive any moral rights associated with Ventyy's use of their Content in accordance with these licenses. Outside of these licenses, Ventyy does not claim ownership or transfer any ownership rights to users' Content or Trademarks. These terms do not restrict users' rights to use and exploit their Content and Trademarks outside the scope of Ventyy'sServices.
10.2. Representation of Ownership and Rights.
By utilizing Ventyy, users represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights, power, and authority to grant the licenses described above. Furthermore, users represent and warrant that their Content and Trademarks:
a) Do not infringe upon, violate, misappropriate, or conflict with the rights of any third party.
b) Comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines.
c) Do not violate these terms of service.
10.3. Compliance with Rules and Guidelines.
Users' Content must comply with Ventyy's rules and guidelines. Ventyy reserves the right to remove any Content or Ventyy events that violate these terms, community guidelines, or for any other valid reason. Users' Content and Trademarks may appear alongside Site Content or third-party content, including similar or competing content, on the Ventyyplatform. Ventyy cannot guarantee exclusivity for users as Host within a specific tier, as the Services are provided on a non-exclusive basis. Ventyy may retain and disclose users' Content, Trademarks, Registration Data, and other associated account data in compliance with legal obligations or in good faith belief that it is necessary to:
a) Comply with legal processes.
b) Respond to claims of Content or Trademark infringement by third parties.
c) Enforce and administer the terms of service.
d) Safeguard the rights, assets, and well-being of Ventyy, its users, and the general public, including measures to prevent fraud.
10.4. Disclaimer regarding Intellectual Property
a) Users acknowledge that the technical processing and transmission of the Services, including their Content and Trademarks, may involve transfers over various networks and adaptations to conform to technical requirements of interconnected systems or devices.
.b) By granting these licenses, users acknowledge and waive any moral rights associated with our utilization of Your Content. It is important to emphasize that, apart from these licenses, we do not assert any ownership rights over Your Content or Your Trademarks. Nothing in these terms restricts your rights to use and exploit Your Content and Your Trademarks outside the scope of our Services.
11. Modification of Terms and Conditions.
Ventyy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated version on the Ventyyplatform. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms and Conditions to stay informed about any modifications. By continuing to access or use the Ventyyplatform after the modifications have been implemented, users acknowledge and agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions. If users do not agree with the updated Terms and Conditions, their sole recourse is to discontinue using the Ventyy platform. Ventyy may also notify users of significant changes to the Terms and Conditions through email or other means of communication. However, it is the users' responsibility to ensure that their contact information is up to date and accurate. Ventyy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform, including the availability of any features, services, or content, at any time without prior notice or liability.
12. Account Creation:
a) Users can sign up for an account on the Website to access its features and services.
b) To create a personal account, users must provide their name, email address, phone number, gender, date of birth, password, and a confirmed password.
c) For business accounts, users need to provide their business name, email address, phone number, password, and confirmed password.
d) The Website does not collect sensitive personal information, such as social security numbers or financial details, during the account creation process.
e) By signing up for an account, users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
12.1. Personal Account:
a) A personal account is intended for individuals who want to use the Website for personal purposes.
b) Users who enjoy attending events, such as concerts, parties, or club nights, can create a personal account to explore and book tickets for these events.
c) Users who organize parties or events for their friends can also use a personal account to stay updated and share event information.
d) Personal accounts are not associated with any business or commercial activities.
e) You can promote and list events, sell tickets, manage bookings, and leverage other tools to enhance your event management capabilities.
12.2. Business Account:
a) A business account is designed for individuals or entities involved in event promotion, organization, or other commercial activities working as a business.
b) If you are a professional event promoter or Host or have a business, or if you represent a business that regularly hosts events, you should create a business account.
c) You can promote and list events, sell tickets, manage bookings, and leverage other tools to enhance your event management capabilities.
13. Location-based Event Search:
a) The Website provides a feature that allows users to discover events within a specified radius of their location.
b) Users can enter their current location or enable geolocation services on their device to automatically detect their location.
c) By utilizing this feature, the Website will display a curated list of events happening within a specific distance, such as 0-100+ miles, from the user's location.
14. Icon
14.1. Icon Representations:
a) The Website utilizes icons to indicate specific features or offerings associated with events.
b) The tie icon signifies that the event offers gig opportunities or freelance job openings.
c) The cart icon represents that the event includes sales offerings, indicating that the host is selling products or services.
15. Event Pricing
15.1. Pricing Representation:
a) The Website provides information about event pricing to help users determine whether an event is free or requires payment.
b) If an event is free, it will be clearly indicated as such on the event description page.
c) If an event requires payment, the Website will display the price or pricing details associated with the event.
15.2. Free Events:
a) Events labelled as free on the Website do not require any payment or ticket booking to attend.
b) Attendee can attend free events without any financial obligation.
15.3. Paid Events:
a) For events that are not free, the Website will prominently display the price or pricing details associated with the event.
b) The pricing information provided is subject to change and is managed by the event Host.
c) Attendee interested in attending a paid event acknowledge that they are responsible for reviewing and understanding the event pricing before booking or attending the event.
d) By purchasing a ticket through Ventyy, Attendeeacknowledges that they have read and understood our refund and cancellation policy. It is the Attendee’s responsibility to review and familiarize themselves with the specific terms and conditions outlined in the policy before booking a ticket.
15.4. Pricing Updates:
a) The Website aims to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information for paid events.
b) However, pricing updates may occur, and attendeesshould verify the final price or any changes directly with the event Host before completing a booking.
c) The Website is not liable for any discrepancies or changes in event pricing, and attendees acknowledge that the final price is determined by the event Host.
16. Event Creation:
16.1. Open Event Creation:
a) The Website provides an open platform that allows individuals, businesses, and any interested parties to create and promote events.
b) Host, regardless of their personal or business status, have the opportunity to create events and share them with the Website's community.
c) The Website fosters an open and inclusive environment where anyone can contribute to the event creation process.
16.2. Event Creation:
a) The Website allows host to create and publish events on the platform.
b) When creating an event, hosts are required to provide certain information about the event to ensure accurate and comprehensive event listings.
16.3. Mandatory Information:
a) Certain fields on the event creation form are marked with asterisks (*) to indicate that the information must be provided.
b) Hosts are required to fill in these mandatory fields accurately and completely to create an event listing.
17. Contact Details:
Hosts should provide contact information to allow attendees or interested individuals to reach out for more information.The following contact details may be included:
a) Host Name: The name of the event Host or hosting entity.
b) Email Address: An email address where inquiries or correspondence related to the event can be directed.
c) Phone Number: A contact number that attendees can use to seek further information about the event.
d) Social Media Links: Optional links to the event's official social media profiles (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) for additional updates and engagement.
18. Event Info:
General information about the event, including its purpose, theme, or any key details.
a) Event Description: A detailed description of the event, providing relevant information to potential attendees.
b) Event Date and Time: The date on which the event will take place and the time of the event.
c) Event Tier: The tier under which the event falls.
d) Event Capacity: The maximum number of attendees the event can accommodate ( Leave blank for unlimited capacity.)
19. Ticket Type
a) Host must specify whether the event offers free or paid tickets.
b) Paid ticket options may include various tiers such as VIP, General Admission, etc.
19.1. Discount Code and Amount
a) Attendees have the option to apply a discount code and amount during the ticket booking process. A discount code and amount can be used to avail a reduced price or special offer as set by the event host.
b) During the ticket booking or checkout process, attendeeswill find a designated field to enter the discount code and amount. Attendees can input the discount code they have received or obtained. Upon entering a valid discount code, the platform will apply the corresponding discount to the ticket price. The applied discount will be reflected in the total payment amount or adjusted price displayed to the user.
c) Attendees may have the option to select different ticket types, such as General Admission, VIP, or any other categorization specified by the event host. After applying the discount code, users can proceed to select the desired ticket type, if applicable, based on the available options.
d) The ticket price will be adjusted according to the applied discount code and the selected ticket type, if applicable. Attendees can review the final discounted price before proceeding to the checkout and payment process.
e) Discount codes and amount are made available to buyers to conveniently deduct the designated discount amount from the ticket price during the booking process.
19.2. Ticket Tier and Pricing:
a) The event host has the ability to create different ticket tiers for the event, offering various tiers of tickets.
b) Each ticket tier may have a unique set of features, benefits, or special outcomes associated with it.
c) The event host has the discretion to set different prices for each ticket tier based on the value and exclusivity of the offered features.
19.3. Ticket Tier Selection:
a) Attendees can select their desired ticket tier from the available options provided by the event host during the ticket booking process.
b) Each ticket tier represents a specific ticket tier, providing access to corresponding features or experiences during the event.
19.4. Pricing Variation:
a) The event host has the authority to set individual prices for each ticket tier, considering the distinctive attributes and advantages associated with them.
b) Pricing variations reflect the different levels of access, perks, or benefits offered with each ticket tier.
c) Attendees acknowledge that the prices of different ticket tiers may vary based on the unique value proposition provided by the event host.
19.5. Ticket Selection:
a. Attendees have the option to select the maximum of 3 tickets to book for the event.
b. The ticket selection process can be dynamic, adjusting the available options based on the number of attendees specified
19.6. Attendee Information:
When purchasing multiple tickets and Individual ticket, attendees or attendee will be prompted to provide the names of each individual attending.
19.7. Pricing Structure:
The pricing for tickets can vary based on different categories or tiers, such as general admission or VIP access. The event host can create multiple price points based on the desired ticket tier, features, or benefits associated with each tier.
19.8. Pricing Selection:
a. During the ticket selection process, attendees can choose the desired ticket tier and view the corresponding price.
b. The pricing options will be displayed, allowing attendees to select the ticket tier that best suits their preferences.

c) If the event host chooses to disable comments, it means that no one can comment on the event listing.
20.2 Share Settings:
a) The event host can control the sharing functionality for their event listing.
b) By default, sharing may be enabled, allowing attendees and visitors to share the event listing with others via social media or other communication channels.
c) If the event host chooses to disable sharing, it means that the event listing cannot be shared by attendees or visitors.
20.3. Like Settings
a) Liking the Events serve as a powerful promotional tool on our platform. When a user expresses interest in an event by indicating their liking of event, notifications will be sent to their followers.
b) This feature enhances event visibility and encourages engagement among the user community.
20.4. Add to Favorites
You have the option to add events to your favorites list, allowing you to easily access and keep track of events that pique your interest. By clicking the "Add to Favorites" button, the event will be saved to your personal favorites section for convenient reference.
20.5. Report a Problem
We (Ventyy) value the feedback and strive to provide a seamless event experience. If the users encounter any issues or have concerns regarding an event or its associated content, you can report a problem. Simply click the "Report a Problem" button and provide a detailed description of the issue. Our team will promptly investigate and address the problem to ensure the best possible event experience for all attendees.
20.6. Hashtags:
Event host can use hashtags to categorize or tag their event-related content. Hashtags help attendees or freelancers easily discover and engage with content related to the event
20.7. Host Control:
a) The event host has the authority to customize the comment, like and share settings for their event.
b) By accessing the respective settings, the host can turn on or off comments and sharing based on their preferences and event requirements.
c) It is important to note that disabling comments or sharing does not affect the ability of attendees to interact with the event host directly through other designated communication channels, such as email or direct messaging.
20.8. Attendee Experience:
Attendees should be aware that the availability of comment, like and share functionality may vary based on the host's settings.
a) If comments are disabled, attendees will not be able to leave comments on the event listing.
b) If sharing is disabled, attendees will not have the option to share the event listing with others.
c) If the "like" setting is disabled by the host, attendees should be aware that the ability to like or express interest in an event may not be available.
d) Disabling comments or likes on an event listing does not impact attendees' ability to interact with the event host through other designated communication channels. Attendees can still engage with the host directly via email, direct messaging, or a provided phone number, if made available.
e) Attendees are reminded to adhere to the community guidelines when leaving comments on event listingsbased on the host preference. Comments should be respectful, relevant, and in compliance with the guidelines set forth by Ventyy. Any comments found to be in violation of the community guidelines may be removed by the host or Ventyy, at their discretion
21. Content Deletion
a) Comment Deletion
It is important to note that the platform reserves the right to moderate and remove comments that violate the community guidelines, are deemed inappropriate, or violate any applicable laws or regulations. The platform aims to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment for all users. If a comment is found to be in violation of these guidelines, it may be deleted by the platform administrators.
b) Event Deletion
Event hosts have the responsibility to create and manage events on the platform. While event hosts have control over their event listings, they cannot delete an event without meeting certain criteria. Specifically, an event cannot be deleted if there is at least one booking of a ticket associated with the event. This measure ensures that attendees are not inconvenienced or misled by sudden event cancellations.
22. Event Visibility:
a) Events on the platform can have two types of visibility: Public and Private.
b) Public events are accessible to anyone on the website, while private events are restricted to a specific group of individuals.
22.1. Public Events:
a) Public events are visible to all users of the platform and can be accessed and viewed by anyone.
b) Within public events, there are two subtypes: Locked Events and Unlocked Events.
i. Locked Events: These events are visible to all users on the website, but attendees must request to access and after it is approved then the attendee will get the ticket.
ii. Unlocked Events: These events are publicly visible on the website, and anyone can get the tickets without the need for approval.
22.2. Private Events:
Private Events and Group Selection:
a) For private events, there are two options for selecting attendees: individual selection and group selection.
b) Individual selection involves choosing specific members one by one, while group selection allows the event host to create, add members and name groups for efficient attendee management.
22.3. Individual Selection:
a) With individual selection, the event host has the ability to manually choose attendees by selecting them individually.
b) The event host can browse through their following and select members to invite or grant access to the private event.
22.4. Group Selection:
a) Group selection provides the event host with the convenience of creating and managing groups to streamline attendee selection.
b) The event host can create groups on their profile dashboard and assign members to those groups.
c) The group can be named as desired, making it easier to manage and invite attendees to private events.
22.5. Attendee Management:
a) By utilizing group selection, the event host can efficiently manage and invite attendees to private events without individually selecting each member.
b) The event host has control over adding or removing members from groups and assigning those groups to specific private events.
22.6. Group Names and Identification:
a) The event host can assign custom names to the groups they create, allowing for easy identification and management of attendees.
b) The assigned group names will be visible on the event host's profile dashboard, providing a quick reference for attendee selection and invitation purposes.
22.7. Host Responsibility:
a) The event host is responsible for accurately selecting and managing attendees, whether through individual selection or group selection.
b) It is important to ensure that the appropriate individuals are assigned to the correct groups and invited to the private events accordingly.
23. Event Media
23.1. Content Guidelines:
a) Users must adhere to the community guidelines and content policies outlined by the platform, including those influenced by popular event hosting platforms.
b) The event host should review and incorporate relevant portions of these guidelines to ensure appropriate content is shared on the platform.
23.2. Restriction of Inappropriate Content:
a) Users are prohibited from uploading or sharing any content that is sexually explicit, offensive, or violates community standards.
b) The event host should ensure that no explicit or adult content, including text, images, or videos, is included in event listings.
c) The platform reserves the right to remove or request the event host to remove any content that violates these restrictions.
24. Event Location and Venue Image
24.1. Event Location:
The event will take place at a designated location. The location will be showed in the contact section on the website, providing attendees with information on where the event will be held.
24.2. Event Image:
The event host has the option to upload an image that represents the event. This image serves as a visual depiction of the event venue, allowing attendees to have a better understanding of the event's surroundings.
24.3. Venue Description
The event host has the option to provide a description of the event venue and include accompanying images. The description may include details about the, address, accessibility, famous places near the venue and any other relevant information to provide attendees with a clear understanding of the event venue.
25.3. Accurate Representation:
The event host should ensure that the description and images accurately represent the selected venue.
26. Add-ons:
26.1. Introduction:
Add-ons are additional products, services, or gigs that event hosts can offer alongside the main event. As an event host, you have the flexibility to sell various items, services, or gigsas add-ons to enhance the event experience.
26.2. Product and Services offerings
i. Item Tier: Categorize your add-ons based on their type or nature, such as drinks, merchandise, food, services, or digital content.
ii. Item Description: The time description describing what the information about the item.
iii. Item Name: Provide a unique and descriptive name for each add-on to clearly convey its purpose or offering.
iv. Item Image: Include an appealing image for each add-on to visually represent the product or service to potential buyers.
v. Item Stock: Specify the availability or quantity of each add-on item to manage inventory and prevent overselling.
vi. Item Price: Determine the price for each add-on item based on its value, costs, and market considerations.
26.3. Booking and Redemption:
Attendees can select and reserve products and services during the ticketing or buying process, based on availability. Ensure a smooth process for attendees to redeem or receive the booked items during the event, providing a seamless experience.
26.4. Gig Creation
a) Gig Posting:
The event host can create a gig with detailed information, including the tier, desired amount, and job description. Freelancers can review the job posting and decide if they want to apply for the job.
b) Freelancer Application and Bidding:
Freelancers can apply for the job by submitting their application and proposing a negotiated amount for the gig. In their application, freelancers can showcase their expertise, skills, and relevant experience related to the job.
c) Application Review and Negotiation:
The host will receive the freelancer's application and bid in their account for review. The host can engage in a conversation with the freelancer to negotiate further details, including the compensation, job requirements, or any other relevant aspects.
d) Acceptance and Payment:
The host can accept the freelancer's application and negotiate the final terms. Once the terms are finalized, the host can make the payment to the freelancer for the gig through the platform. The payment amount will be transferred from the host's account to the VENTYY ACCOUNT then it will be transferred to the Freelancer account.
26.5. Host Responsibilities for Products and Services:
a) As the event Host and host, you are responsible for accurately representing and providing information about the product and services available during the event.
b) You must ensure that all products and services comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
c) It is your responsibility to deliver the products, or to provide the services as described and agreed upon.
26.6. Attendees Engagement with Product and Services:
a) Attendees are advised to review and evaluate including pricing, terms, and any applicable policies or guarantees, before booking ticket.
b) Attendees acknowledge that Ventyy doesn’t guaranteethe quality of the products and services offered by the host.
c) Attendees acknowledge and agree that Ventyy shall not be held liable for any dissatisfaction, losses, damages, or claims arising from the products, services, or content offered by the Host.
d) In order to access and reserve the products and services offered through Ventyy, users are required to book at least one ticket. The booking of a ticket serves as a valid entry pass to the event the user access to explore and avail themselves of the various products.
26.7. Gigs Requests
a) Freelancers, are advised to carefully review and evaluate the gigs offered by hosts, including the pricing, terms, and any applicable policies or guarantees, before submitting an application.
b) Host acknowledges and agree that Ventyy does not assume any responsibility or liability for any dissatisfaction, losses, damages, or claims arising from freelancers negligence.
c) The decision to apply for a gig is solely at the discretion of the freelancer, and Ventyy does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of the gigs offered by hosts. Freelancers are encouraged to exercise due diligence, communicate with the host, and make informed choices before applying for any gig.
d) Ventyy shall not be liable for any disputes, misunderstandings, or issues that may arise between the host and freelancer during the application or selection process.
26.8. Payment and Responsibility of the VentyyPlatform
a) All payments for services provided through Ventyy will be handled directly by the host at the event location. Ventyy will not process or facilitate any online payment transactions.
b) The host is solely responsible for managing and securing payments from buyers or attendees at the event. Ventyy does not handle, collect, or disburse funds or manage any payment gateways, fees, or card information.
c) This payment arrangement applies strictly to in-person transactions conducted at the event location, and no online payment processing is facilitated by Ventyy.
d) In the event that the buyer or attendee chooses to make a booking in person at the event, the host will be solely responsible for managing the payment and transaction in a secure manner.
e) Users can expect a direct and straightforward payment experience, with all transactions handled by the host at the event location.
27. Verification Process:
The platform implements a user verification process to ensure the authenticity and credibility of its users. The verification process may include verifying both personal and business accounts.
27.1. Personal Account Verification:
For personal accounts, users may be required to submit identification proofs as determined by the platform. The submitted identification proofs will be reviewed and verified by the platform's administrative panel. Personal account verification aims to validate the identity and authenticity of individual user.
27.2. Business Account Verification:
Business accounts are subject to additional verification requirements to establish the legitimacy of the business entity.Business account verification may involve the submission of identification proofs, address proofs, and other relevant documentation. The platform's administrative panel will review and verify the provided information for business accounts.
27.3. Verification Status:
Verified users will receive a verification badge or indicator on their profile to signify their verified status. Non-verified users will have a standard profile representation without the verification badge.
27.4. Administrative Review:
The platform's administrative panel reserves the right to review and verify the submitted identification proofs and address proofs. The panel may request additional documentation or clarification if needed for the verification process.
28. Resolution Center Clause:
The platform provides a reporting system for attendees to report any issues, concerns, or disputes they encounter with the event host. Users can report incidents or problems related to transactions, content, interactions, or any other platform-related matters.
28.1. Event Reviews and Feedback
a) Attendee Reviews: Attendees will have the ability to leave reviews and feedback about events they have attended. This feature is intended to provide honest and constructive feedback to help other users make informed decisions about future events.
b) Host and Freelancer Reviews: Hosts and freelancers can mutually review each other after the completion of events or gigs. This mutual review system aims to build trust and accountability within the community, ensuring high standards of professionalism and service quality.
c) Review Guidelines: All reviews must comply with Ventyy'scommunity guidelines. Reviews containing offensive language, personal attacks, or irrelevant content will be removed. The review system is designed to promote transparency and trust within the platform.
d) Review Moderation: Ventyy reserves the right to moderate reviews to ensure they adhere to our standards. Reviews found in violation of the guidelines may be edited or removed without prior notice.
28.2. Resolution Center:
Reported issues are escalated to the Resolution Center, where they are documented and reviewed by the platform's support team or moderators. The Resolution Center serves as a centralized hub for managing and resolving reported cases.
28.3. Case Investigation and Resolution:
Upon receiving a report, the platform's support team or moderators will investigate the matter and gather relevant information.
28.4. Limitation
It is important to acknowledge that there may be circumstances where a resolution is not feasible or achievable despite our best efforts. Ventyy is committed to addressing and investigating reported issues promptly. However, due to various factors such as technical limitations, third-party dependencies, or complex situations, there may be instances where a complete resolution is not possible. In such cases, Ventyy will inform users of any limitations or constraints that prevent a satisfactory resolution.
29. Social Link Integration:
The platform allows users to add their social media links to their account profile from the account settings. The account settings provide users with access to various settings and customization options for their account profile. Users can navigate to the account settings to manage their profile information, including adding social links.
30. Payment Information and Add-Ons:
30.1. Payment Information:
During the checkout process, users will be prompted to provide their payment information. The payment information typically includes the name on the card, card number, expiration month, expiration year, and CVV/CVC (Card Verification Value/Code) usually located on the back of the card.
30.2. Accepted Payment Methods:
The platform accepts both debit and credit cards for payment transactions. Users can use their valid debit or credit cards to make payments for event tickets, add-ons, or any other items available for booking.
30.3. Separate Payment for Services and Products:
If the event offers additional items, services, for sale, users have the option to book them separately from the event tickets. Users can choose to buy the event tickets and add-ons individually, allowing them to customize their book based on their preferences.
30.4. Separate Payment for Gig Request
When a host submits a gig request and freelancer apply for their gig, the host is responsible for making a separate payment to the freelancer for the agreed-upon services rendered through Ventyy.
30.5. Payment Process:
Users will enter their payment information, select the desired items (event tickets and add-ons) they wish to book, and proceed to the payment confirmation step. The platform will process the payment using the provided payment information and generate a payment confirmation for the user.
30.6. Secure Payment:
The platform ensures the security and confidentiality of users' payment information by implementing industry-standard security measures. Users can feel confident that their payment details are protected during the transaction process.
31. Payment and Commission of the Platform

Fees are non-refundable.
31.1. Independent Negotiation of Payment Terms
Freelancers and hosts are responsible for independently negotiating the terms of payment for services rendered. All agreed-upon payment terms, including rates, schedules, and methods of payment, must be established between the freelancer and the host prior to the commencement of any work or service. Neither party shall hold [Platform/Service Provider] responsible for any disputes or issues arising from payment arrangements. It is recommended that both parties outline and confirm the payment terms in writing to ensure clarity and avoid potential misunderstandings.
